With over 25 years in experiential marketing, I’ve helped brands, agencies, and event teams create more than 60,000 live brand experiences across the U.S. As the Founder and CEO of Department Zero (2002–2020), I built a leading experiential marketing firm from the ground up, scaling it into a multi-office operation, spinning off an event staffing agency, and developing proprietary systems to drive efficiency, creativity, and measurable ROI in brand activations.

Today, through RoninXM, I work as an experiential consultant. I collaborate with brands, ad agencies, and experiential firms to design, execute, and optimize high-impact event activations, sponsorships, and live experiences without expensive overhead.
